Payment

Simple, and settled up front.

Both routes are paid in advance, so there is nothing to estimate, nothing to chase and nothing to reconcile afterwards.

  • A contract request is paid up front — from €250* excl. VAT depending on the contract type, before we start drafting
  • A review request is quoted first: you accept the quotation, pay it, and the review starts
  • Bank transfer against an invoice is the default; prefer to pay by card? Say so and we send a payment link
  • Recurring contract needs? A subscription usually works out cheaper — ask us

Pricing FAQ

The awkward questions, answered.

Why “from €250”? What will my contract cost?
€250 excl. VAT is the starting price. Not every contract type is the same amount of work, so the price differs per type of contract: the simplest contracts in our list start at €250, and more extensive contract types are priced higher. Whatever the type, you know the exact price before we start. A basic request is a contract that can be selected from the drop-down menu on the “Request a contract” page. Should your request exceed what is considered a basic contract (a complex sales agreement, a special purchase agreement such as a VPPA, …), or should it fall outside the list of contracts available, then you will receive a quotation for that specific contract within 8 business hours. In every case, the price will be communicated for your approval before any work begins.
Why is a review quoted instead of fixed?
Because a four-page NDA and an eighty-page framework agreement are not the same job. You send the document, we tell you the price within eight business hours, and you decide.
Does the quotation cost anything?
No. It is free and non-binding. If the price does not work for you, nothing happens and your document is deleted on request.
What if I need it faster than 24 hours?
Tell us your deadline in the request form. We will say honestly whether we can meet it — and if we cannot, we say so immediately rather than missing it quietly.
Are you a law firm?
No, Contract Loop is not a law firm. Contract Loop provides contract drafting and review support, validated by contract experts. Where a matter needs a regulated legal opinion or representation in a dispute, we advise you to contact a qualified law firm to support you.

Ready when you are.

Both routes start with a short form. Neither commits you to anything.
